Mr. Martin has been our vice president, tax since March 2017. He served as our tax director from 2004 to 2017. Prior to joining Kadant, Mr. Martin held various positions in tax management at Ernst & Young, LLP, Cabletron Systems, Inc., and Coopers & Lybrand, LLP.
